If some people still have EVALUATION and are not yet ranked, then I'd assume the results won't be out this week, and probably not even next week. More like the first week of february. I agree. And I refuse to think that EVALUATION means I got less than 70... :o (It's my 2nd time, 1st time I got 85).

As per my understanding, the fields after "canAddMessage" reflects your access privileges on participant portal. As you can add and access the project messages, the fields are true. Last year I avoided that link and this year I will avoid it too. I do not want to give myself false hope, and I also don't want to lose the sliver of hope I have.
