yeah, I think in average around 20% of the proposal below the threshold As I said before, people in <70% are also a rarity. Few proposals reach <70% That is also a possibility. I disagree with this. Basically, once you passed 70% you are eligible for the grant. However, since the budget is limited, the proposals above 70% are ranked to decide the cut-off score for funding. So yes, those proposals below 70% will not be ranked. Very unlikely. Maybe these reminded in evaluation phase are illegible...
