The issue is resolved now.

We are counting only on the basis of phase status without considering the panel. I suppose cut off will be different for each panel.
By the ways, mine was also ranked since Tuesday.

Can u share the time of the email received last year. I got it on 29 Jan. 0242 Hrs Brussels timing.

The phase will change to 'Informed' once they email us the results and it should happen to all of us altogether.

Does it imply that all 833xxx-838xxx will be out

Mine is 838

I still think this phase implies that our application is in Ranking phase and means that our marks as per ESR has been uploaded in to the system. Now results should be out very soon. Time of ranking should not affect the outcome.
