Submission #1 = seal of excellence & waitlist etc, submission #2, rejection, but strong scores on everything but excellence and still over 80, submission #3 belo...

Still evaluation here! It would be ironic if the third time I have submitted my score drops to <70. And then I would certainly think this is a lottery.
