It seems to be the most probable theory that 'RANKING' is not related to being granted the money since that means that some people who were 'RANKING' on Tuesday, would change to 'EVALUATION' or 'SUBMISSION' after the first day. But the fact that there are no new (real) changes of the phase field in...
