I read thru the 2017 posts and I don’t think the Evaluation/Ranking thing is 100% accurate. Some mentioned in the 2017 posts that they were funded and were at “Evaluation” the whole time.

Question for those who are on their 2nd+ time applying- can I ask what you have been up to in the interim time?
