They seem to be very confident about their new system this year. But as somebody in the forum mentioned before, they should leave 20 hrs before the deadline to finish all the work. So around tomorrow midday maybe we could start getting the official email.

Their tweet says "the letters on the results of the IF call 2018 will be sent to all applicants by Tuesday 12 February midnight. " In my opinion, "by" means "before" or "not later than", "Tuesday midnight" means straddling Tuesday and Wednesday. Now it is 11:10 Monday Brussels time. There are 36 hrs...
