I believe so. And in the case of a 'No Deal' Brexit, 1/3 of the lucky ones will cede. So nobody give up hope until March 29th

For what it’s worth, my phase is still Evaluation, and I can access the follow-up just fine. And I’m a first-time applicant (standard EF) with a slightly rushed application and weakish CV.
