yes, what I can observe from the report is they keep saying blablabla is not sufficient enough. I guess this means they didn't like the project. Totally subjective... which shouldn't be. Do they give examples of why blah blah is not sufficient? examples state of the art is not sufficiently detailed...

What I can say is it is so subjective and completely lottery. Their comments are completely bullshit. They even judge my scientific knowledge, fuck me.
