I'm trying to access the website which I was able to join only a few hours ago, but I can't now.

Same, I think the portal has some technical issues now.

I'm 11th on EF-ENV and I received nothing yet.

Got same answer from my NCP.
They expect invitations for the next week.

I heard from NCP that in EF-ENV there should be at least 20 UK-based projects among those funded.
