Yep Rapaz, thanks for clarifying -- I meant that maybe the theory according to which LATER change from Evaluation to Ranking implied a rejection can be discarded.

My fiancé just got his acceptance email! GF-SOC. Went to RANKING just last week: the theory concerning RANKING vs. EVALUATION can be disproved, I guess. Also, this was his second try.
