What do you mean the real ones?

The fact that there are still people at the EVALUATION phase might mean that the results could be delayed to Monday. Am I right to assume that? Last year there were some people who remained in phase "EVALUATION" (of course with status "rejected") until the day of announcement of the results. :cry: ...

No - everyone is ranked (regardless of if they have an offer or not) so it means NOTHING if your proposal is still saying evaluation (it will still be eventually changed to rank). Host institutions/universities do not get notified of the results first but the results have to be released during admi...
