Another comment: The proposal does not provide sufficient detail on the amount of person months calculated in relation to the proposed work. I did show these in a separate table month by month. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. Does not the EC have some standard about who can be a reviewer? R...

6 rejected (1 was still in Evaluation, 1 went to Ranking on Jan12th), 2 accepted (1 was still in evaluation, 1 went to Ranking later).

That IF-ENG wasn’t in EVALUATION phase, he/she doesn’t answer you when you asked...... you might have mistaken someone else’s answer with his/hers?

The thing is how we ensure that the links tell us whether we are ranked or not?
At least some of us having different info from the real ones.

People just believe whatever they wanna believe, and I’m one of them. Lol.
