It is not true, at least for last year call.. Based on number reported here, the changes to ranking on first march happened only up to 4 pm and after that the change in phase was not reported. Guys, again, ranking means score above 70%, I am sure.. Last year, only early rankers got funding. There is also possible to see the time when was the last funded ranking and the first ranking on the reserve list.

I got the same information from Czech and German NCPs. They expect it on March 14th.
