Well according to what happened at least in 2017 and 2018, those who first changed to ranking in mid january score above 70% but were finally rejected. While those wo passed to ranking later on got it.

1. How about those who were contacted for ethical issues in December, have you seen any change today?
2. Does anyone of you have something in "contacts"? The name of some officer or some code?

The only relevant thing is FINISHED: if is says true, it means you are out, false ... means ... that you can still work on it hence you will be invited to negotiate or are on the reserve list, my 4th year, know the script by heart :). Just noticed that the outofdateproject link says "isCoordinator":true while project link does "isCoordinator":false. So both links should provide the same information. The difference is that one will trigger a email to the coordinator and the other one to the applicant. I guess

Ups, just checked again and now they are both RANKING. Looks like they update gradually. This is my second year but with a different project and host.

I´m SOC and just changed from evaluation to ranking but only in the first link ("project" link) and NOT in the link "outofdateproject"
