Does anyone has a link with the thresholds of the different panels?

I just got the rejection letter for ENV-IF. My score this year is 87.6% from 91% last year... Most of the comments are way too general and of course it's obvious that the reviewers are different from previous years. The whole thing is a huge lottery. It's like submitting your manuscript to a journal...
