I agree with you because no any changes from these links from last one week

For resubmitted proposal, when the evaluators get last year summary report, during individual evaluation time or Consensus Phase.

It seems that most of re-submitted applications have "Phase: Ranking". Has Anyone the same ("Phase: Ranking") who applied for the first time? (This is my second attempt, I also have "Phase: Ranking"). No, i have still evaluation; this is my first time. Mine also second time and phase-Ranking
