I am still in evaluation since Jan 5th.
If I recall correctly, we will experience evaluation to ranking probably this afternoon..

If you go to the portal, click "document library", and then disable the styles, do you see "GAP-1010XXXX (your proposal number" under one of proposal (1) lines?
